For Mandy, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling—it’s about connecting to the space. She believes the right home isn’t only defined by square footage or curb appeal (though those don’t hurt); it’s about the way a space makes you feel and the life you can imagine living there.

Before real estate, Mandy spent years shaping the way people see and experience home. As a former art director at House & Home magazine, she helped bring to life the stories of Canadian homeowners and interior designers through beautifully crafted visuals and editorial storytelling. Later, as the creative director of the home décor brand Tonic Living, she led the company’s visual identity, marketing, and product development, bringing joy to design lovers through pillows!

In addition to her work in real estate, Mandy is the co-founder and creative director of Hemme Custom, a design studio offering custom furnishings and decorating services. From handcrafted window treatments to complete home makeovers, Mandy and the Hemme team help clients create spaces that are functional and beautiful.

With a background in design, marketing, photography, and styling, Mandy brings a deeply creative and design-savvy perspective to real estate. She’s particularly skilled at helping people see the potential in a home—how a space can be transformed with vision and care. She draws on her own experiences, not just professionally, but personally—having lived in and renovated homes in some of Toronto’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, including Roncesvalles, Queen West, The Beaches, and now Midtown, where she lives with her husband, two kids, and two cats.

Mandy is proud to be part of Johnston & Daniel, a Toronto-based luxury real estate brokerage known for its legacy of bespoke service, market expertise, and female-led leadership since 1950.
