With a strong foundation in design, marketing, and styling, Mandy Milks helps clients connect with homes on a deeper level—while offering the strategic guidance needed to navigate Toronto’s ever-evolving market.
Real estate is a natural extension of Mandy’s longstanding work in the world of home and design. As an art director at House & Home magazine, she brought the stories of Canadian homeowners and designers to life through compelling visual storytelling. Later, as creative director at Tonic Living, she led the company’s brand identity, product development, and marketing—helping design lovers express their personal style through thoughtfully crafted decor. Mandy is also the co-founder and creative director of Hemme Custom, a boutique design studio specializing in custom furnishings and full-home transformations.
Today, she brings that same editorial eye and creative sensibility to real estate. Whether helping a buyer envision the potential in a space or guiding a seller through preparing their home for market, Mandy combines thoughtful design with clear, effective strategy.
As part of Johnston & Daniel, an established brokerage known for its 70 year legacy of service, Mandy offers a design-forward, highly personalized real estate experience.
